​Our studio space is absolutely beautiful and you can fully customize your suite as you wish!

Rent is $650/month. Rent includes all utilities including trash and internet. We also provide a wide variety of high quality beverages and snacks for both you and your clients.

There a shared break room for your convenience with two microwaves and a fridge.

​

The studio common areas including the main entrance waiting room are cleaned on a regular basis and cleaning supplies are provided for you to use in-between cleanings.​ There is retail shelf space available for you to display and promote your products. Our space has a laundry room and we provide you with all the proper supplies.​

You will have 24/7 access to the studio and if you're interested as a massage therapist you can integrate into Korey's online booking portal that will give you access to high quality leads at no additional cost. You can also create a sign to display on the front window of our business where passerbys visit the coffee shop next door everyday.

If you do choose, our booking platform gives you many tools to run a successful business such as booking, marketing, gift cards, client loyalty programs, online forms, business insights, and managing payments.
